The final main story quest. Defeat Blackbeard Elite Captain and claim the Pirate King throne.
Blackbeard has been consolidating power in his hidden fortress. The Witch Doctor reveals a ritual to summon him. Defeat him in 4 phases to claim the legendary Blackbeard's Cutlass and become the new Pirate King. This quest unlocks the post-game and is the canonical end of the Windrose story.

Return to the Witch Doctor for the final time. She gives you the Ritual Skull.
Place the Ritual Skull on the throne at Blackbeard's Fortress (B12-N2). This spawns Blackbeard.
Blackbeard fires his cannons. Engage from a Galleon broadside. Use Fire-enchanted Silver Cannons.
Blackbeard's crew boards. Fight 4 Elite Pirates + Blackbeard himself (melee).
Blackbeard becomes invulnerable for 30 seconds. Retreat, repair your ship.
Blackbeard enrages. All cannons + boarded melee simultaneously. ~5 minutes of intense combat.
Defeat Blackbeard. Loot Blackbeard's Cutlass (S-tier One-Handed Sword).
Return to any port. Cinematic coronation. +500 to ALL factions. Title 'Pirate King' unlocked.
Post-game content unlocks: Tier 6 crafting, weekly Blackbeard raid, hidden island 16.
