Defeat Ghost Captain in The Cursed Bay to obtain Witch Doctor's Blessing (5% drop).
Travel to Witch Doctor's Altar in Hidden Cove.
Select 'Ship Weapons' → 'Spectral Cannon'.
Forge the cannon barrel from Steel Ingot ×50 + Iron Ingot ×200.
Plate with Silver for the ghost-damage passive.
Add Ancient Coin + Charon's Obol as offerings.
Wait 5 hours for the spectral infusion ritual.
Install on your ship's cannon slot. Tradeable between ships but not alts.
