Add Charon's Obol ×15 + Ancient Coin ×5 as offerings to the pirate gods.
Wait 8 hours for the forge ritual. Don't leave the area — interruption voids the recipe.
Retrieve the Rapier of Devastation. Soulbound on pickup.
