The Swamp Hydra is a 3-headed beast that simultaneously attacks from three angles. It is the most mechanically complex boss in the game, requiring careful positioning and elemental damage matching.

Three phases matching its heads. When you destroy one head, it resurrects after 60 seconds unless both other heads are downed.
Recommended: 4-player co-op. Each player kites one head. Use Fire-enchanted Silver Sabers (recipe at the Witch Doctor). Save your cannon barrage for the 30% HP phase transition. Avoid water — the Hydra heals in water.
